Management Team
JÖRG SCHEIDLER
Jörg Scheidler is the Managing Partner of CALLUNA RE Advisory GmbH. Before founding CALLUNA in 2022, the Hamburg native held various senior leadership positions in the real estate and finance industries. Until the end of 2021, he served as a board member at Engel & Völkers Capital AG in Hamburg, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Prior to that, Jörg was instrumental in the successful growth of FAP Finance GmbH in Berlin, serving as Managing Director for many years. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Crédit Suisse Deutschland AG, in the cooperative banking sector, and at Deutsche Bank AG. With over 30 years of experience in the DACH real estate market, Jörg specializes in investment, structured real estate financing, and transactions. Over the course of his career, he and his teams have successfully executed more than 90 transactions with a total volume exceeding several billion euros. Jörg is a member of IVD (Immobilienverband Deutschland).
THOMAS JEBSEN
Since October 2025, Thomas Jebsen has strengthened the Calluna RE Advisory GmbH team as Senior Director, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the banking and real estate sectors, including over 20 years in leadership positions. Most recently, as Managing Director of DKB Immobilien GmbH, he was responsible for land development, zoning and planning rights, as well as the development and sale of existing properties. Prior to that, he served for eight and a half years as a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Kreditbank AG, overseeing commercial real estate business and nationwide sales regions. He began his career at HypoVereinsbank, where he structured international real estate financings and established a representative office in Barcelona. Starting in 2006, he assumed key leadership roles at BayernLB, including Head of Real Estate with responsibility for a loan portfolio of approximately €19 billion and as a member of the Credit Committee, the bank’s highest credit authority below the Management Board. In addition, he served as chairman or member of several supervisory boards. His particular expertise lies in the strategic management of complex real estate financings, risk management, and the development of business models in the real estate sector. He is internationally experienced, multilingual, and has an extensive network across the real estate and financial industries.
FLORIAN KOFLER
Before joining CALLUNA, Florian Kofler was an Investment Associate at SCOPUS CAPITAL GmbH, an international investment boutique with offices in Munich and Miami, specialized in Real Estate Private Debt and Private Equity. Over the course of approximately 3.5 years, he was involved in 13 transactions with a total volume of around EUR 343 million, including EUR 67 million of allocated equity and debt capital. His expertise covers the origination and execution of real estate investments (debt and equity) as well as the management of complex restructurings with an aggregate volume of approximately EUR 50 million. Most recently, he assumed lead responsibility for the reorganization of a EUR 22 million project. These experiences enabled him to build extensive expertise in structuring and optimizing complex capital structures, with a deep understanding of the requirements and decision-making parameters of capital providers. His track record spans multiple asset classes, including Residential, Senior Living, Hospitality, Office, and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Florian Kofler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management and began his career in banking at Sparkasse Kitzbühel, where he developed a solid foundation in financing, capital structuring, and risk management.
ANDREAS G. MÜLLER
Andreas Gerrit Müller is the co-founder and Managing Partner of SCOPUS CAPITAL GmbH, specializing in alternative investments with a focus on mezzanine financing in the real estate sector. Since its founding, SCOPUS has financed over 100 projects for developers and grown into a market leader in Germany and Austria. Previously, Andreas worked as an Investment Manager at b-to-v Partners AG (formerly BrainsToVentures AG) in Switzerland and Germany. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Atlantic Ventures GmbH, a Berlin-based venture capital investor (now Atlantic Internet/Atlantic Labs). Andreas also worked for several internet start-ups, including serving as CFO. An Austrian citizen, Andreas studied business administration at Witten/Herdecke University (Germany), IPADE Business School (Mexico), Management Center Innsbruck (Austria), and Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, ICADE (Spain).
DIRK ROESING
Dirk Roesing is the co-founder and Managing Partner of SCOPUS CAPITAL GmbH. He began his career in 1986 at Daimler-Benz AG after studying business administration. Later, he held a position as Head of Controlling and M&A at VOBIS AG, a Metro Group company, and served as European Finance Director and German Managing Director for Amer Sports Group (Atomic, Wilson, Salomon). Subsequently, as CFO, he worked closely with his fellow board members to build and list telegate AG (now 11880.com AG) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Until mid-2013, Dirk served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SHS Viveon AG, which he had previously led as CEO from 2003 to 2009. Between 2010 and 2012, he was a Managing Partner at b-to-v Partners AG before founding SCOPUS CAPITAL with Andreas G. Mueller in 2012. Furthermore, Dirk has been supporting Aurelius SE & Co. KGaA since 2006 in various roles, including serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aurelius AG and Aurelius SE, as well as Chairman of the Shareholders' Committee of Aurelius SE & Co. KGaA.
